The contract was to carry out the construction of new hardstanding areas, footpaths, new drainage and installation of new perimeter fencing.
The works included hard breakout of the existing defective surfaces, excavation, disposal of material off site and regrading/levelling of the site area. Also involved in our works was new utility services, ducting and concrete floor repairs to the existing warehouse buildings.
